Romain CORBIN – the winemaker

Romain CORBIN is the current winemaker. With his scientific background and his respect for provençal traditions he creates wines in harmony with Côtes du Rhone terroir.

Studies:

  • 1998-2000 : Practical bachelor in Champagne vineyard
  • 2001-2004 : Master of Science in Bordeaux Agricultural University
Experiences:

  • Spring 1999 : Internship in Bordeaux Vineyard (Listrac-Medoc Château Fonreaud)
  • Autumn 1999 : Internship in Châteauneuf du Pape (Domaine du Vieux Lazaret)
  • 2003 : Internship in North Côtes du Rhône Vneyard (Yann Chave – Tain l’hermitage)
  • 2004 : Thesis in the Lebanese Chamber of Agriculture
  • 2006-2009 : Monthly tasting lectures in the Institut Rhodanien of Orange

 

Guided tours

In spring and summer you can visit the domaine and ask your questions about the winemaking, vinegrowing and olive process.

Tourists are welcome to harvest 2 hours the 2nd saturday of october and tasting the new wines in process.
